We have a special quality inspection team. Before the customer’s goods are shipped, our quality inspection team will send someone to the factory to inspect the goods and ensure that there are no problems with the goods before we arrange the shipment.

Can we offer quotations for the products not shown on the website?
There are too many products for Silicone/Rubber products, and not all of the products we can supply are displayed.
Does the product itself support OEM customization?
We support OEM.
What's the minimum quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for stock products and a minimum order of 300 for non-stock products.

Are samples available free of charge?
Depending on the product, if the sample is charged, the sample fee will be returned to you after the official order.

20-35 days, different products and quantities have different production cycles.
About the terms and conditions of payment.
When you quote, we will confirm with you the trading method, FOB, CIF, CNF, or other methods. In mass production, we usually pay 30% advance payment first, then see the balance of the bill of lading. Most of the payment methods are T/T, and of course, L/C is also acceptable.
Product after-sales service scope and service period.
If there are obvious quality problems after the product is received, you can find us for free replacement.
